Mentors are women in tech jobs that serve as personal role models for girls attending our conference. In a mid-morning meeting, mentors meet with a group of girls to explain their career paths and answer questions about their jobs. We encourage relationships to continue amongst mentors and mentees so that the relationship can be beneficial as girls face challenges and triumphs in college and the tech industry.  ​
